Three NYS Master Teachers are from West Genesee  

On October 18,  it was announced that Katherine Clift (CMS Science), Gabriela Babcock (WGHS Math), and Maria Leonardo (WGHS Technology) have been named New York State Master Teachers. Master teachers teach science, technology, engineering, and math courses including advanced placement, honors, Regents, and International Baccalaureate levels. Congratulations!  

West Genesee Athletic Community Receives Sportsmanship Promotion Award Again

On September 28, West Genesee received the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) Section III 2016-2017 Sportsmanship Promotion Award. This is the third time being honored. The award is presented to schools which have developed proactive approaches in keeping sportsmanship in the forefront with their students, coaches, spectators, and communities.
