Any parent or guardian with an active email address in the West Genesee database now has access to the Schooltool Parent Portal. An email was sent Friday, October 19, 2012 with a user ID and temporary password.
If you did NOT receive an email with log-in information, verify a couple of items:
1. Did the email go to your Spam folder? The sender was firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Your email address needs to be updated with your child’s school.
If you need to edit your email address or any other information in the district’s database, please email the changes to the appropriate addresses below:
WGHS – email@example.com
WGMS – firstname.lastname@example.org
CMS – email@example.com
All elementary schools – firstname.lastname@example.org
Remember if you have more than one child in school, you only need to contact one school to have the information updated for each child.
