Wildcat Branch of Westar is Open at the High School

West Genesee High School officially opened the Wildcat Branch of Westar Federal Credit Union on January 9, 2017.

After almost a year in planning, the Wildcat Branch is now serving students and staff at the high school. Westar staff trained students throughout the fall to give them the opportunity to begin working in the banking industry while they are still high school students.

Student workers of the Westar Branch of Westar Federal Credit Union are pictured above under a sign using the new logo created by senior, Alexandra (Sasha) Mekker.

Mekker is pictured at right receiving a $75 check from Michelle Lee of Westar for winning the logo contest conducted at the high school.
