The West Genesee High School Registrar’s office provides transcripts for both current High School students as well as graduates of West Genesee High School.

Current students must obtain a release form from the Guidance Office to request a transcript and then return the completed form in person.

Graduates of West Genesee may print out the Transcript Request Form. (Also located at the right in Microsoft Word format) and fax the completed form to the Registrar at 315-487-4582 or mail the completed form to:

When completing forms to be faxed or mailed, be sure to complete all items on the form and include the complete name and address of where you want the transcript sent. Please note that official transcripts can only be sent to colleges, universities, or employers. Unofficial transcripts can be sent or given to the student.

If you require a transcript from a Syracuse University Project Advance (SUPA) class taken at West Genesee go to their web page at supa.syr.edu, and under information click on “transfer credits”.

If you require a transcript from an Onondaga Community College class taken at West Genesee call the Onondaga Community College Registrar at 315-498-2357.

NCAA Registration Information for Student Athletes

Students register with the NCAA at the following web site: www.ncaaclearinghouse.net. Students must print out the "Transcript Release Form 1 & 2", sign the forms and bring them to the Registrar's Office. Official Transcripts will then be mailed to the NCAA.
