Bills shares, “Interview committees of students, staff, and parents highlighted Karen’s experiences in Social Emotional Learning, emphasis of relationships and communication, and her approach of dignity and respect with expectations. Her experience and impact on past organizations will now become part of our West Genesee culture”

On a personal note, Karen is most proud of her family. Together with her husband, Brian, they are the proud parents of five children ranging in ages from 4 to 21, (Addison, Sam, Lainey, Collin, and Ayla).  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her close friends and family, and traveling.
