C.​It is recommended that the Board of Education enter into a two-year agreement with Capture Aid, 1479 Sylvia Lane, East Meadow, New York 11554, for the purposes of providing STAC and State Aid Claims for High-Cost Special Education Students, as stipulated.

​D. ​It is recommended that the 2018-19 general fund budget transfers be approved, as stipulated.

E. ​It is recommended that a resolution for the approval of a Drivers’ Education Services Contract, as well as a contractual agreement between the West Genesee Central School District and ABLE II Driving School, 2106 Deer Run Road, Lafayette, New York 13084, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, be approved as stipulated.

​F.​It is recommended that the following tentative non-resident tuition rates be established for the 2019-20 school year:

​Grades kindergarten through six​$ 6,999
​Grades seven through twelve​$ 8,098

G.​It is recommended that the stipulated agreement between the West Genesee Central School District and the Town of Camillus, regarding a Day Camp Program that will operate from July 1, 2019 through August 9, 2019, be approved.

H.​​It is recommended that the 2019-20 initial contract for BOCES Services, in the amount of $7,365,329.08, be approved as stipulated.

​I. ​​It is recommended that the West Genesee High School ECOS Club Student Activity Account be reestablished for financial activity status.

​J.​​It is recommended that a resolution to approve the establishment of a Retirement Contribution Reserve Sub Fund, for NYS Teachers’ Retirement System Liabilities, within the Employment Contribution Reserve Fund previously established on March 18, 2009, be approved, as stipulated. ​
