FINANCIAL ACTION ITEMS

A. It is recommended that the Board of Education accept the audit report for the financial records of the West Genesee Central School District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, as prepared by the accounting firm of Insero & Company, CPA’s, as well as the associated corrective action plan.

B. It is recommended that the 2019-20 tax adjustments for the Towns of Camillus and Geddes be approved, as stipulated; and it is further recommended that the 2019-20 tax warrants for said Towns be amended as follows:

Town of Camillus From – $33,231,274.55 To – $32,229,027.55

Adjustment # 1
Town of Geddes From – $ 2,116,788.54 To – $ 2,116,032.35

C. It is recommended that the following allowance draws for work related to the District Wide Security Project be approved:

G.  It is recommended that the Board of Education accept a donation of a Canon EOS Rebel T7 camera package, valued at $650, from the West Genesee Sports Boosters.
