C. It is recommended that the Board of Education accept the 2017-18 Single Audit of Federal Programs, as prepared by Insero & Co. CPA’s, LLP, filed on December 6, 2018 and the associated corrective action plan, as prepared by the District.

D It is recommended that the West Genesee Central School District Board of Education accept a donation of one (1) Chickering 5’8” Baby Grand Piano, Model #209W, serial #241856, from the West Genesee High School Music Activity Fund.

E. It is recommended that the agreement between the West Genesee Central School District and Hillside Children’s Center, 1183 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620, be approved, as stipulated.

F. It is recommended that the stipulated supplies/materials be declared surplus and disposed of in accordance with New York State Education law.

G. It is recommended that the 3-year lit fiber agreement between the West Genesee Central School District and OCM BOCES for secondary internet connectivity services, not to exceed $15,960.00 annually, be approved, as stipulated.
