FINANCIAL ACTION ITEMS

A. It is recommended that the 2019-20 Budget Schedule be approved, as stipulated.

B. It is recommended that the stipulated contract between the West Genesee Central School District and LeMoyne College, 1419 Salt Springs Road, Syracuse, NY 13214-1399, regarding an Occupational Therapy Program Affiliation, be approved.

C. It is recommended that the 2018-19 return of unpaid taxes to the County be approved for the Towns of Camillus, Elbridge, Geddes, Onondaga, and Van Buren, as stipulated.

D. It is recommended that the stipulated Split Rock Elementary School Library materials be declared surplus and disposed of in accordance with New York State Education law.

E. It is recommended that the Board of Education accept a donation of $187.00 from Immanuel United Methodist Church, Camillus, NY 13031, and it is further recommended that the 2018-19 general fund budget be amended as follows to reflect said donation:

F. It is recommended that the Board of Education accept a donation of $9,880.00 from the West Genesee High School Music activity account, and it is further recommended that the 2018-19 general fund budget be amended as follows to reflect said donation:

G. It is recommended that the Board of Education enter into an agreement with Capture Aid, 1479 Sylvia Lane, East Meadow, New York 11554, for the purposes of doing a review of Special Education STAC’s and State Aid Claims, pursuant to pricing Option 1 and Option 2, as stipulated.

H. It is recommended that the 2018-19 general fund budget transfers be approved, as stipulated.
