FINANCIAL ACTION ITEMS

A. It is recommended that the Board of Education accept a donation of $3,337.94 for East Hill Elementary School from Square 1 Art, and it is further recommended that the 2017- 18 general fund budget be amended as follows to reflect said donation:

A2705 – Gifts and Donations $3,337.94

A960 – Appropriations
A2110-501-05-0000 – General Supplies – EH $3,337.94

B. It is recommended that the Board of Education accept a donation for West Genesee High School from the Travelers Employee Giving Campaign in the amount of $1,000.00, and it is further recommended that the 2017-18 general fund budget be amended as follows to reflect said donation:

Q. It is recommended that the appointment of Lana Flame as an impartial hearing officer, as required by Part 200 Special Education Regulations, be approved.

R. It is recommended that the substitute list for the 2017-18 school year be approved as stipulated.

S. It is recommended that a Special Meeting of the Board of Education be scheduled on Monday, April 16, 2018, in the District Office at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of electing BOCES Board Members and to vote on the Onondaga-Cortland-Madison BOCES Administrative Budget.

T. It is recommended that the Board of Education accept the 2018-2019 Strategic Plan for Educational Improvement, as stipulated.

U. It is recommended that the following conference request be approved:

It is recommended that the Board of Education of the West Genesee Central School District accept the recommendations of the CPSE Review Meeting Dates of February 23, 28, March 1, 6, and 7, 2018; CSE Review Meeting dates of February 15, 27, 28, March 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12, 2018; and Building Level Review meeting dates of February 27, 28, March 1, 6, 7, 8, and 9, 2018; thereby agreeing to make necessary arrangements for program implementation.
