Picture Day for Remote Students – A – K will be November 3.  Students L – Z will be November 5 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Picture Retake Day(s) – for hybrid/in-person students will be November 3 and November 5 if your student missed the original Picture Day date. If you are unhappy with your original pictures, return them with your student on Picture Retake Day and they may be retaken.

School Hours – 8:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (There is no Interaction Time.)

Pink Sheets – All students should return the enclosed pink sheet on the first day of school. Please make any corrections to the contact information so we can update Schooltool. If there are no corrections, just return the sheet as is.

Transportation Information –  Please call the Transportation Department at 315-487-4576 if you have any questions.

Daily Health Screening Form – We have included a blue sheet to be used for the first few days of school. We will give your child a pad with the forms to take home on the first day of school to be used going forward. Your child must submit the form prior to entering the building. If a child forgets the form, we will take his or her temperature prior to entry into the building.

Morning Drop Off – Students will be able to enter the building at 8:00 a.m. Please do not drop them off prior to that time. There is signage and arrows that will direct you through the parking lot to the drop-off lane. All students enter through door #3. Please do not pull into the bus loop.

Afternoon Pick Up – Students will be dismissed at 2:00 p.m. If you are picking your child up, you should pull into the lane that you used for drop off. Students will be waiting on the sidewalk that is parallel to that lane.

Breakfast and Lunch – Refer to the School Building Meal Program letter that outlines how to pre-order meals for days that students are in school and for remote days. If applicable, please return the Free/Reduced Application to your homeroom teacher in an envelope marked “Cafeteria.”

Drop off of items – In an effort to limit traffic in the building, items may be dropped off on the table in the foyer with your child’s name. We will call him or her down to retrieve it.

Health Office – In an effort to limit traffic through the Health Office, students will be signed out and in at the window just to the right of the main entrance, door #1.

Masks – Please remember that students must wear a mask to enter the building, in class, and anytime they leave the classroom. Teacher-directed mask breaks will take place throughout the day.
