Nutrislice Online Ordering Instructions

For Remote Learner Days (for in school days, see section below):

Open the menu page at westgenesee.nutrislice.com (or onondaga.nutrislice.com).

Click on the school of choice

For Remote Learner meals, i.e., Mon-Wed at home, Wed-Fri at home, or Mon-Fri at home or Thu-Mon at home for OCS: Click on the Remote Learner Bundles

Click the plus (+) on the right of the selection – This should be either the bundle or the line that contains the word “meal”. This will select all foods offered for the day or time period.

You need to order for each child. Multiple days may now be ordered using the same cart.

Once you have clicked the plus sign, there will be an orange dot on the bag icon at the top right of the screen.

Delivery is available for those who cannot pick up meals at the West Genesee High School. If you are able to pick up please select and input the information. Pick up times will be listed for you to choose from.

The first time you order you must create an account with Nutrislice. This will only ask for your name, email address, phone number, child’s name and 4 digit lunch pin number. It is quick and easy. For West Genesee families, if you do not know your child’s pin number, you can find it in schooltool in the User Defined field, lunch PIN or email us at  wgfoodservice@westgenesee.org. For Onondaga Central families, please contact the main office at your child’s school.

Fill in the information requested and submit the order. Proceed with placing orders for each child for that day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you need to cancel the order, click the “Cancel Order” link on the email or log into your account by selecting the three lines in the top right of the menu page, My Account. Order history is shown here as well as the ability to cancel. Cancellation notices will also be emailed. Orders must be cancelled by the hour before serving begins for that meal.

List any allergies or type in the word “None.” This is a required field.

For In School Learner Days:
