Good evening,
Earlier today, we received confirmation of an East Hill Elementary School student testing positive for COVID-19 Coronavirus. We immediately began working with Onondaga County Health Department for all necessary procedures.
The student was last in school on October 23, 2020. The asymptomatic nature of the student and previously begun quarantine status resulted in a look-back period that is later than the last day of attendance. As a result, health officials have determined there are no implications for further school investigation or resulting quarantine to any student or staff at East Hill Elementary School.
