To receive a Scholar/Athlete Team award, 75% of the roster must have a GPA of 90 or above. All of our teams qualified: Boys Hockey, Boys Indoor Track, Boys Swimming/Diving, Boys Basketball, Boys Bowling, Boys Wrestling, Girls Basketball, Girls Bowling, Girls Indoor Track, Girls Hockey, and Competitive Cheerleading.
Individuals who earn a GPA of 90 or above are still eligible to receive individual Scholar Athlete honors. West Genesee had 114 out of 197 eligible athletes awarded the Scholar Athlete Pin for the winter season.
