High School Announcements

Today is Wednesday, September 26, 2018 – It is a “D” Day

  • Lunch Menu – Wednesday, 9/26 – Chicken Tenders, Tater Tots, Broccoli, Banana
  • Representatives from the Town Shop Youth Center in Camillus, will be here during lunch periods today and tomorrow. Stop by their table and find out what the Town Shop has to offer.
  • There will be an ECOS Meeting today during Interaction Time in Room C221. We will be working on plans for the outdoor classroom in the courtyard.
  • Freshman Senate is accepting new members and will meet in the Career Center tomorrow at 2:05.
  • We Want You…For West Genesee Art Club! Make new friends, bring old friends. Create Art, even if you think you can’t. Art Club will meet every Thursday in Room A230 during Interaction Time. See Elyssia Baez or Mr. Haining for details.
  • Attention anyone interested in auditioning for this year’s musical production, Bye Bye Birdie: There will be a brief mandatory meeting tomorrow during Interaction Time in Room B115. Important information will be shared and audition packets will be handed out. See Mrs. Scerbo, Mrs. Sperduti or Mr. Alvaro with any questions.
  • Yearbook Club will meet tomorrow in Room C235 during Interaction Time. Be ready to point, click & shoot photos to fill our pages for the yearbook. See Ms. Hennessey in Room C235 or Mrs. Pooler in the Copy Center with any questions.
  • Attention Seniors: Please continue to sell Delta Sonic items until Friday. Please hand in completed order forms and payments to Mrs. Long in Room A147. Remember, the top sellers will receive prizes that include free ball tickets or a free cap and gown for graduation.
  • Oh the Places We’ll Go” Homecoming t-shirts are on sale through October 1. The cost is $14. Cash or checks made out to WGCSDSAF will be accepted. See Mrs. Secor or Mrs. Navarra for details. There will be a carnival preceding the Homecoming game on Friday, Oct. 12 from 3pm – 6pm. The cost is $5 per person or $10 per family. Be there for food and fun!
  • The Annual Homecoming Volleyball Tournament is Tuesday, Oct. 9. Teams must have 6 players and must be co-ed, with 2 members of the opposite gender. Registration forms must be turned into the Counseling Office by Friday, Oct. 5. The cost is $18 per team.
  • Thinking of a career in medicine? The CHOICES Program at Crouse is a great way to explore occupations in the medical field. For further information and registration forms, see Mrs. Sauda in the Career Center.
