We are so excited to see your children tomorrow! We want to help make the first day experience as seamless as possible.
To that end, we would like to connect with you on a few topics for which we have recently received questions.
Bussing is an important part of your child’s day, and to find the bussing information you need to have a ParentVue account that has been activated. Activation letters were sent to parents, but they may have ended up in your spam folder. Also, the ParentVue activation code mentioned in those letters will expire after 10 days, so if you need a new code please contact us at email@example.com, and we will help you get set to find the bus information.
Change requests for bussing have also been submitted to us in the past few days. With the volume of requests made today, the transportation department is doing their best to make the changes, but it may be a few days before they are input. Once the change request is processed through transportation you will receive either a telephone call or an email with the new information.
Lastly, we have had some very diligent students trying to login to StudentVue and some may be having difficulties accessing their account. Those situations should resolve themselves in the first few days of school.
