Nine West Genesee High School musicians were accepted into, or as alternates, to the All-State Conference to perform in Rochester, December 1-4, 2022. The conference, including the final concerts, will take place at the Rochester Convention Center in the Eastman Theatre and is sponsored by the NYS School Music Association. The students from West Genesee High School are:

- Logan Battaglia- Alto 1-Mixed Chorus and Mallet Percussion-*Symphonic Band
- Angus Tarolli-Bass Trombone-Symphonic Band
- Caleb Williams-Trumpet-Symphonic Band
- Sarah Fettig-Flute-Alternate Band
- Elena Pacheco-Bb Clarinet-Alternate Band
- Joshua Pierce-French Horn-Alternate Band
- Joseph Paoli-Tenor 2-Alternate Chorus
*If selected to perform in two ensembles, the student chose this ensemble to perform in at the All-State Conference.
