Hannah Craybas placed first and her essay was also submitted to the next level to compete at the District Level where she came in first and will receive a $2,500 Scholarship.
The remaining students who will be receiving local recognition from the Camillus Optimist Club are:
Second Place – Zachary Voss
Runners Up – Carmella Zollo, Eric Leubner Jr., and Julia Colabufo
President of the Camillus Optimist’s Club, Chris Jones, coordinated this for the local club and shared, “We are encouraged by the strong showing of participation in this event, and the great support that we received from you and your organization. This is the second year that we have sponsored this event but we plan to continue this effort in the coming years.” Thank you to him and the Camillus Optimist’s for all that they do for our community!
