
West Genesee Middle School is proud to present the Young Performers’ Edition one-hour musical adaptation of The Wizard of Oz, specially tailored for middle school-aged actors. This classic tale, in which a Kansas farm girl travels over the rainbow to discover the magical power of home, has been entertaining audiences for generations. (paraphrased from TamsWitmark.com)
WGMS performances are Thursday, November 21 and Friday, November 22 at 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, November 23 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $8 at the door.
The show is directed by Christy Knowlton (her 20th show at WGMS!), choreographed by Madison (Maddie) Amodio (junior at WGHS), and the set design and construction is done by Jeff Bowe.
