Dear Parent/Guardian,
As the school year comes to a close, we would like to remind you that all student medications currently stored in the Health Office must be picked up by a parent or guardian no later than June 26, 2026.
District policy does not permit medications to remain in the Health Office over the summer months. Therefore, any medication that has not been picked up by the end of the school day on June 26, 2026, will be discarded in accordance with district procedures and applicable regulations.
Please make arrangements to pick up your child's medication before this deadline. Medications cannot be sent home with students.
If you have any questions or need to make arrangements for medication pickup, please contact the Health Office.
