Happening at West Genesee on March 7:


On March 5, the West Genesee Science Department hosted instructors from SUNY Oswego, who presented information about the upcoming solar eclipse to all Earth Science classes. Topics covered included the heliophysics of eclipses, solar eclipse safety, and the use of weather balloons to study eclipses. The presenters provided solar eclipse viewing glasses for students to take home.☀️🕶️






Nice job 7th & 8th Grade Orchestras - a wonderful concert of strong musicianship across genre - fun to see you combined! (The scream was scary!) Keep up the great work, Wildcats!



West Genesee Special Education PTSA invites you to join us at the 2024 Resource Fair in the West Genesee High School Library, March 11, 2024 from 6pm -7:30pm.

Congratulations to our track athletes for placing at the State Championships today:
Update: the Boys 4x200m relay team finished strong to come in 3rd in the State (and 3rd in the Federation)
With a time of 1:30.33 in the semifinals of the NYS Track and Field Championships, the boys 4x200m relay sets a new school record and will run in the finals later this afternoon! Good luck men! (Rhison Williams, Anthony Edgar, Will Fettig, Dylan Frost)
Mike Gomes gets a 4th place State finish (5th Federations) in the 1000m run.
