Don’t Miss the WGHS Drama Club’s Hilarious and Heartfelt Production of the Last Day of School
Performances will be on Friday, June 6 at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, June 7 at 1:00 p.m. in the West Genesee High School Auditorium. Tickets will be $10 and available at the door.
The final bell is about to ring—but not before a whirlwind of laughter, emotion, and unforgettable moments take the stage in our Drama Club’s spring production of Last Day of School by Ian McWethy!
Join us as we follow a group of students navigating the chaos, excitement, and bittersweet goodbyes of their final day. With its fast-paced scenes, relatable characters, and a perfect mix of humor and heart, Last Day of School captures all the things we love—and love to hate—about the high school experience.
Whether you’re a student, a parent, or someone who remembers their own high school days all too well, this play has something for everyone. Our talented cast and crew have poured their energy, creativity, and passion into every scene, and we can’t wait to share this story with you. Also, pictured in the smaller image are, from left to right, Student Costumer- John Panek; Student Assistant Director- Laura Anastasio; and Student Director- Sophia Knowlton.
Come support the arts, celebrate our amazing students, and enjoy an evening of entertainment that’s sure to make you laugh, reflect, and maybe even shed a tear.
We hope to see you there for one last day—on stage!
